PLEASE NOTE: THE LANAI FACES THE MAIN HIGHWAY, SO THERE CAN BE ROAD NOISE. The parking area in the back also has a generator that runs throughout the day. Guests mention that the noise is not noticeable with the A/C units on. We provide white noise machines in the bedroom and living room for added comfort. Is it OK to Visit Maui? Yes, absolutely! Maui is open and warmly welcoming visitors. The local community appreciates mindful travelers who come with a spirit of kindness (aloha) and respect for the island (pono). While Old Lahaina town is closed for rebuilding, the rest of the island is open. Some top experiences such as the Road to Hana, Haleakalā National Park, and the pristine beaches of Kapalua and Kaanapali (fantastic snorkeling) continue to make Maui a magical place. We are located north of Lahaina in the neighborhood of Kahana, nestled between the resort areas of Kaanapali and Napili.
